All ticket purchases made through TourneyTix are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Any processing or convenience fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Team Selection Requirement
At the time of purchase, buyers are required to select the team they are attending to support. This information helps TourneyTix associate ticket purchases with participating teams and may be used to determine eligibility for refunds or credits should a team withdraw from the tournament or an event be canceled or modified. Failure to select the correct team may impact our ability to process any refund or credit request.
Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, TourneyTix will determine whether refunds, credits, or other accommodations will be offered. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any non-refundable processing or convenience fees.
Weather and Event Modifications
Outdoor sporting events are subject to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Delays, schedule changes, field changes, shortened matches, modified tournament formats, or partial completion of an event do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. TourneyTix reserves the right to determine whether refunds or credits will be offered based on the circumstances.
Event Changes
Game schedules, field assignments, participating teams, and event formats may change without notice. These operational changes do not qualify for a refund.
Unused Tickets
Unused tickets, forgotten purchases, or inability to attend an event do not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
If TourneyTix approves a refund, only the ticket purchase price will be eligible for refund unless otherwise determined by TourneyTix. Processing or convenience fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact TourneyTix at support@tourneytix.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being restricted while the matter is investigated.

TourneyTix reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
